This visualization consists of data collected with a Garmin Vivosmart HR+ which includes heart rate data combined with GPS tracking. Resulting data can also provide values for Pace. This visualization plots a simple glyph where size corresponds to pace and color corresponds to heart rate.

Heart Rate and Pace vs. Latitude, Longitude, & Time
This visualization consists of two "tower-like" structures with a layered appearance. One tower corresponds to all of the data during the hike up the mountain and the other tower is data on the downward part of the hike. The reason for this is otherwise the up and down sections would overlap making it difficult to identify differences. For example, heart rate is surprisingly highest on the downward part of several hikes. The layers correspond to individual hikes, of which there are approximately 60 in this dataset. Data for some hikes may be incomplete, thus leaving gaps in some layers.
